Trustee Plus Guide: From Installation to Crypto Transactions

This guide provides instructions for installing Trustee Plus, verifying your account, topping up your balance, and performing crypto transactions.

 

Step 1: Download and Install Trustee Plus
  1. Download the App:
    • For iOS Users: Open the App Store.
    • For Android Users: Open the Google Play Store.
    • Search: Type “Trustee Plus” in the search bar.
    • Download: Tap on the “Install” button and wait for the app to download and install.

Step 2: Create and Verify Your Account

  1. Launch the App:
    • Open the Trustee Plus app after installation.
  2. Set Up Your Account:
    • Enter your phone number. You will receive a code via SMS. Enter the code to verify your phone number.

Step 3: Account Verification

  1. Access Your Profile:
    • Tap the Profile icon (blue circle with a letter inside).
    • Tap the button with your icon and phone number to access your profile.

Start the Verification Process:
Set your email address and follow the prompts to verify it.
Tap on the Person folder to proceed with identity verification.

Verification Process:

  • Select the country where your ID was issued.
  • Choose the type of government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license).
  • Upload a photo of the ID.

Complete the face scanning process as instructed by the app

Verification may take up to 2-4 hours. Once verified, you can use a debit or credit card to top up your balance.

 

Step 4: Top Up Your Account
  1. Top Up Using a Debit or Credit Card:
    • Press the Top Up button within the app.
  • Add your card details.
  • Input the amount in Euro and proceed with your transaction.
  • Step 5: Buy Cryptocurrency
    How to Buy Crypto:
    Tap the Swap button in the app.
  • Choose EUR as the currency.
    • Enter the amount of Euro to swap.
    • Select the cryptocurrency you want to purchase.
    • Press Swap to complete the transaction.

Your cryptocurrency will be added to your wallet.

 

Step 6: Send Cryptocurrency
  1. How to Send Crypto:
    • Tap the Transfer button.
  • Select Transfer to Crypto Address.
  • Enter the recipient’s wallet address.
      • Enter the amount of cryptocurrency.
      • Press Send to complete the transaction.

    Tips

    • Double-Check Addresses: Always verify the recipient’s wallet address, as crypto transactions cannot be reversed.
    • Transaction Fees: Be aware of any fees associated with transfers.
    • Network Congestion: Transfers may be delayed during periods of high network activity.
    • Support: If you encounter issues, check the app’s support section for assistance.
